From August 9 to 15, 2019 , President of the International Medical fund “Severance-KZ” Larisa An, together with the President of the Association of Physiotherapists of the Republic of Korea, Mr. Lee Gen Hee, organized a trip of volunteers to the “Medical Center Zhezkazgan ”Kazakhmys Corporation LLP of 12 physiotherapists of leading medical institutions Republic of Korea.
Highly qualified doctors provided consultations, treated patients
Consulted and treated more than 800 patients. For the first time, the region learned about the treatment of physiotherapists in Korea. As part of the physiotherapist volunteers there were 2 pediatric doctors, 3 neurorehabilitologists, 3 for orthopedics, 1 cardio and 1 pulmonologist. Doctors of the medical center were very actively involved in the training.

From June 17 to July 2, 2018 , at the invitation of Severance Hospital, Yonsei University, Dan Bekbasarov was treated with her mother from Aktobe with a diagnosis of lumbar-chest scoliosis. According to the results of the examination in the hospital, it was concluded that at the moment the condition is not serious and there is no indication for surgery. Dana conducted a comprehensive examination and rehabilitation course to correct scoliosis and strengthen the hip joint. The trip was supported by the Public Foundation “IMF Severance-KZ”, the Institute for the Development of the Healthcare Industry of Korea and the Severance Hospital of Yonsei University in the framework of cooperation with the Akimat of the Aktobe region.
March 22, 2018 The Severance-KZ Foundation organized the visit of doctors of one of the best universities in South Korea Ewha Womans University (Seoul) in Taldykorgan (Republic of Kazakhstan) for two charity operations on breast cancer glands.
From January 5 to February 5, 2018 there was a monthly rehabilitation of Sarukhanyan Maria, born in 2015, with her mother, Sarukhanyan Lana, at the hospital of the National University of Gyeongbuk, Daegu, Republic of Korea. In September 2017, during a visit by specialists of the aforementioned University, organized by the Public Fund “SEVERANCE-KZ International Medical Fund” in Aktobe, an invitation was made to undergo rehabilitation of Maria Sarukhanyan and Demeuova Ademi, rehabilitation specialist at the Daru clinic. The girl also underwent a full examination, during which a hearing problem was discovered. The treatment and internship of the doctor was carried out at the expense of the Gyeongbuk hospital.
In February 2017 from 02/15/17 to 02/28/17 6 yers old Aidarkhanov Ararat and his mother were invited to treatment at the Kangnam hospital Severance. The operation was performed. The patient returned home safely. This child was seen during the work of volunteers at the Gangnam Severance hospital in the Bolshenarym district in 2015.
In March 2017 Kustanov Dauren born January 6, 2003 from the Aktobe region was invited to charity treatment at the Kangnam Severance hospital, with a diagnosis of scoliosis. From 02/05/2017 to 03/22/2017, he was treated with a diagnosis of Idiopathic right-sided scoliosis of the thoracolumbar spine. Rib hump. Operation completed successfully.
In November 2017, an 8-month-old child from Aktobe with a diagnosis of an open atrioventricular canal defect was invited with his mother and his consulting physician doctor to the Severance hospital.
A child in serious condition urgently underwent a course of treatment, was operated on. The operation was successful.

In December 2016 on the basis of the Keremet Diagnostic Center of KazNU named after Al-Farabi the Ophthalmology Clinic of Severance Hospital conducted a charity examination and consultations for students and faculty of the University.
November 7, 2016 Mansurov Ermek a resident of the Katon-Karagai district of Akkaynar village, born on November 22, 2012, was invited to charity treatment, in the Children's Cardiology Clinic of Severance Hospital. Diagnosis: single ventricle, cerebral palsy, tricuspid stenosis, condition after Glenn surgery, open ductus arteriosus, pulmonary atresia. The patient suffers not only from heart disease, but also cerebral palsy, and therefore, a full examination was carried out. Also, before heart surgery, for the preventive purposes of endocarditis, dental caries was treated. The first stage of treatment was coronary angiography (vascular embolization) and the next stage was heart surgery (Fontaine). The operations were carried out safely.
July 18, 2016 Siterbaev Omar was operated on 02/05/2005 year of birth from Katon-Karagay from East Kazakhstan region. A heart operation that Omar has been suffered since birth has been performed.
From June 30 to July 6, 2016 the volunteers of Kangnam Severance Hospital arrived to Kazakhstan. The team consisted of 20 people including 6 professors. Among the volunteers was the Director of the Gangnam Severance Hospital, Kim Hyun Joong, a professor of pulmonology. Medical ministry was carried out in Zaysan, 500 km from Ust-Kamenogorsk on the basis of the Central District Hospital. Reception was carried out for 5 days after consulting 1,100 people. Patients were from 16 villages of the Zaisan district - Karabulak, Kinsai, Daer, Kokzhyrak, Sarterek, Ainabulak, Chilikty, Karatal, Byrzhan, Uanysh, Kogetay, Shalkar, Zharsu, Sarzhirak, Podkhoz, Ulken. 8 translators participated - student volunteers at Ust-Kamenogorsk universities, with knowledge of Korean and English. Support, assistance and organization of this event was supported by the Akimat of the Zaysan region, the akim (Kasymzhanov T.Zh.), the head doctor of the Central District Hospital (E. Berkutov), businessmen of the Zaysan region - Aelita Akhmetsalimkyzy “Hunting economy”, Nurasylov Bolat, head of the construction company “ Nurzhol ”, Tleuberdin Dauletkhan.

June 2015 From June 22 to June 28, 28 Severance Hospital volunteers worked in remote areas to provide medical services to the population with the help of the East Kazakhstan Health Department. The team of volunteers consisted of highly qualified specialists from professors, nurses, and students. According to the ministry program, patients were admitted: 1 day in Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Kapchagay -1 day, from June 25 to June 27 (3 days) in Katon-Karagai district and in Ust-Kamenogorsk. Over the entire period of stay, more than 800 people were examined, including 300 people in Bolshenarym and 200 people in Katon-Karagay. When examining the patients, the ultrasound apparatus brought with them, apparatuses for biochemical blood analysis (the result is given out after 7 minutes), ECG, ECHO, urine analyzer were used. In the Katon-Karagai region, 2 children were chosen, who will be invited to the Severance hospital for surgery at the expense of Severance sponsors.
